Check-In/ Check-Out
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. Early/ late check-in/ check-out is subject to availability.
Standard Occupancy
2 adults
There is a $50 charge for each additional guest.
Cancellation
Guests are allowed to cancel up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival without a penalty. Cancellations after the 14-day time period will result in a penalty of 50% of the total reservation.
No-shows
No-shows on the day of arrival and late check-ins are nonrefundable.
Shortened Stay
For guests who check out early for any reason, the remainder of their stay is non-refundable.

Damages
Guests will be held accountable for all damages, accidental or deliberate, that occur while occupying the unit.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $100.00 will be charged. A fee of $35.00 for all soiled or lost towels. The cost to replace lost keys will be charged to the guest.

Failure to adhere to our policies will result in the guest(s) being asked to vacate the premises with no refund issued.
